Hello, I’m Ladetria Warren, and I’m proud to serve as a Director at Urban Market Exchange. My heart has always been in community — and that’s what brought me to UME. I’ve spent years working in spaces that amplify the voices of underrepresented creators and entrepreneurs, and I bring that same energy into everything I do here.

At UME, I focus on building relationships, curating programs, and identifying the kinds of tools that truly move people forward. Whether it's helping a maker scale their hustle or connecting an artist with the right resources, my role is about unlocking potential.

What I love most is being a part of people’s growth stories — witnessing those quiet moments when someone realizes, “I really can do this.” That’s what keeps me going.
