Designed for minority-owned artisan and makers enterprises in underserved communities, UME provides specialized equipment, consulting services, workshops, and flexible, cost-effective private office spaces. Operating on a membership-based model, UME serves small businesses at various stages, including those who need strategic business.
Our mission is rooted in revitalizing communities through economic empowerment. By providing affordable access to workshops, tailored studios, and business consulting, we enable creators to expand their market reach. With a focus on sustaining and nurturing Black entrepreneurship, our offerings help transform hobbies into thriving enterprises, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges dreams with marketplace realities.
Rooted in our 2019 inception, we aim to reinvigorate Black manufacturing with seasoned expertise. Our team leader, Quandra, boasts over 25 years in legal and business realms.
