I’m George Boykin, and I serve as the Vice President of Operations at Urban Market Exchange. My role is all about making sure that the systems behind the scenes work as smoothly as the passion we pour into them.

With a long career in operations, logistics, and business development, I specialize in turning bold visions into sustainable action. At UME, I focus on making our day-to-day services — from studios to events to consulting — run with excellence, efficiency, and care.

What drives me is seeing creators walk in the door with a dream and walk out with real, tangible progress. I’m here to make sure the wheels stay turning — and that every member, artist, and entrepreneur has exactly what they need to succeed.
